how is Montana better than Tom?
Tom also got out clutched by Eli twice. 10-6 team beat an 18-0 team in the sbowl. 9-7 team beat the pats the next time.
New England had the best points defense and negated Matt Ryan in the second half. Outside of one touchdown they were shut the **** down.
Spygate, deflate gate, etc.
Brady had the ball over ninety plays and the def ese was gassed beyond all measure. Falcons choked. Great comeback yes but quit being ridiculous with giving Tim all the credit. Team game. Period.

The rules have changed now that greatly favor the offense and protect the QB. It's easier now for qb's to pad their stats and for offenses to have more of an advantage than in years past.
He definitely is not. He wasn't even before this incredible SB victory.
Yeah, Tom Brady blows Montana out of the water for sure.
He is a top 3 all-time QB no doubt about it, but I'm still not sure he should be considered the GOAT.
I mean, he does have Belichick as coach. The same guy who managed to go 11-5 without Brady, beat the Texans 27-0 with a 3rd string QB, have a 3-1 record prior to Brady coming back from suspension, among other things. I just think having Belichick as coach is such a massive advantage for any QB, and I believe Brady would not have 5, or even 4 SBs if it wasn't for him.
I know this opinion isn't popular, however, and I'm willing to hear some counters for it and be swayed.
