I tend to enjoy a good laugh at conspiracy theorists. The only problem is that it's hard to tell whether they're trolls or downright stupid/brainwashed. They love their "independent thinking" and there's no hope for you to adopt a more popular stance because then you're the one who's brainwashed and not worth listening to.

I've noticed anti-movements for pretty much everything, to be honest. There's so many radicals and reactionaries now that it's not even funny. And then they run around throwing names and accusations without the slightest intellectual debate.

They are doing it to be good though. They just see being good as pleasing God. I don't see the issue there.

Nah, that would fall under one of the more acceptable aspects of religion in its provision of a moral compass. Myth and I were talking about people doing something just to get into heaven or just because they were afraid of hell, etc. which is the equivalent of being motivated by personal profit.

Very true. Like, I recently saw a bunch of people on YouTube protesting against asexuals...

Like, at least with homo, bi and pansexuality you have a form of argument to why it bothers you(it's a stupid argument, but hey...). But why is it a problem for someone to be asexual? You're insulted that someone doesn't wanna have sex and focus on other, more productive things? What are you worried they're gonna do: watch a lot of Netflix? Write a novel? Eat a carrot?

People care too much about other people's traits, lmao. Most of these "affronts to God/nature" don't even affect them in any way, shape or form, and yet people will go out and actively protest against people's freedoms/lives for the sake of personal satisfaction.

Which reminds me; people are remarkably thin-skinned, at least these days. People keep claiming "offence" to this and that. It gets annoying at times when you have to curtail your own speech to satisfy a couple of people with skin thinner than their skulls.

I mean that's usually part and parcel of the belief in pleasing God. You don't really know which part specifically appeals to individual people, and tbh it really doesn't matter because it's spiritual and based on faith. So It's not like people who only work hard and earn money so they can attract hot women (for instance).

And even with those people, that's really nobody else's business why they're working hard and earning money, as long as they don't mean harm to others.
