What do you guys think about this in relation to the last episode of South Park:
'According to the South Park Studios webpage, Comedy Central aurally censored episode "201" after delivery but before airing, a result of several threats made on Parker and Stone's life by New York-based Revolution Muslim.[1] The episode is not officially available online because the studio does not have network clearance to air the unedited version.[2] Censorship also affected the rebroadcasting of episode "201" on Comedy Central. New episodes of South Park are usually re-aired at least three times on Comedy Central: two hours after the 10:00 P.M. Wednesday original airing at midnight, then at 10:30 p.m. Thursday, and at 11:00 p.m. Sunday. Instead of episode "201", the network re-aired "The Tale of Scrotie McBoogerballs" in the midnight slot, and according to Comedy Central's TV schedule will re-air it again on Thursday night.[3] The network will also re-air "You Have 0 Friends" in the Sunday night spot instead of episode "201".[4]On the afternoon of April 22 the creators posted this statement to media outlets. [5]
"In the 14 years we’ve been doing South Park we have never done a show that we couldn’t stand behind. We delivered our version of the show to Comedy Central and they made a determination to alter the episode. It wasn’t some meta-joke on our part. Comedy Central added the bleeps. In fact, Kyle’s customary final speech was about intimidation and fear. It didn’t mention Muhammad at all but it got bleeped too. We’ll be back next week with a whole new show about something completely different and we’ll see what happens to it."
I'm not sure I buy it. When I watched it I thought the long beeps were just a joke that I couldn't quite get. And that the parts where they I do know that the episode wasn't that offensive, its nothing on Family Guy levels, though they do rip on Muhamid (sp?) an awful lot. But, I mean, censoring South Park is just wrong. Its against everything the show stands for. 😬

It's a shame.
Terrorists are like little kids, they cry a bit, get violent and then get what they want.
