Man, I turned $20 into a little over $800 on sportsbook, nice bets for W.C. I'm glad we get Ghana though because it gives us a chance to get back into the Quarters.

I think the way Germany is playing right now, I'd rather us face the Germans. They made Ghana look pretty good today, and already have a loss...plus, the refs seem to screw them almost as much as they screw the US.

But I want to shove a defeat in England's face like a dirty diaper.

I'd rather play against England. Germany is going to kill us with headers. Also, I don't think we would be playing a rematch if we both win, I think we would be playing one of the other groups but I'm not sure as I haven't reviewed the quarterfinals scenarios.

US/Ghana and England/Germany are both in the same wing of the bracket, so yeah, if we both win, we get a rematch. Which I guess is cool with me, too. Over the last game and a half we've probably been one of the five best teams.

Finally, Italy are out!!! Thank God. Now flopping will be reduced by 50% throughout the rest of the tournament. What's ironic is that for the first time, we have an American ref in charge of the Italian game and that's when they lose. He gave them absolutely nothing in terms of flops and dives. I think it's obvious America judges flops and dives better than any other country on this planet.

Omg that game in which Italy got out had a pretty epic last 15 or so minutes. Italy had several chances to come back. Had they played that well for the entire game they could have won.
