We, as mere mortal non-mod members can't think for ourselves and definitely not decide for ourselves whether other members are behaving inappropriatly, that is a job for the moderators. Then when we do as so much think that other members are going against the forum rules, we shouldn't report them because that can easily be ignored, if you decide to report the same case a second time because you get no response, you are spamming and likely to get banned yourself. If you decide to PM certain mods because your reports are being ignored, then you are utterly screwed because certain mods hate getting PM's.

It really depends on who you are dealing with. I haven't had as much time as I would like to be on KMC so if you feel you've been totally ignored... well, that's my fault and I apologize.

I will say that I've only received a single PM recently about anything.

Bible Black is overrated, personally. For people who don't watch a lot of hentai, it's a good shocker, but for those who do, it's actually pretty low-tier.
