Alt!John is the least. There is no good Alt!John.

So I've been bouncing from one xbox live account to another, riding the 1month free Gold and then opening a new account. (I'm too young to have a credit card and too poor to afford the account anyway.) What's interesting is that I'm suddenly getting free service in the first account I made, but without any sort of acknowledgement of that fact from Microsoft.

Is this awesome?

Decided to reread Rise of Darth Vader, it's not bad.

Also, the more EU I reread, the less I agree with some of the more "unanimously agreed on" topics. I wish I had been mature enough back when this forum was highly populated to be as independent a thinker as I am now.

So Battlestar Galactica's pretty sweet. I wish they'd just drop the religious shit, but whatevs, on the season two!

Are you insinuating that you provided more proof and better arguments than Gideon, rather than the facepalm sarcasm that dominated all your posts?

Maybe most people left because of the sarcasm and elitism running rampant in the Star Wars EU forums?

Check out the SW Episode forums, the people there seem to be nicer.

Yes, Sir.

Why? Because Gideon did ommit such a huge amount of material not fitting his personal opinion that it really hurts reading his pro-Sidious posts. That happens when you read material with a previously formed opinion that you absolutely don't want to change.

A lot of the 'niceness' I've seen in the other Star Wars forums comes from the lack of issues open to debate. There is a right answer and much, much less material to incorporate into any given opinion.

(i.e. they're soft)
