Oh yes, because in the execution capital of America, the Governor is going to pardon the rape and murder of a 16 year old girl because the murderer "was not told of his right for diplomatic advice when he was arrested". If that doesn't make our judicial system seem like an epic fail, nothing will.

If he gets off on such an obvious technicality then I will personally go to California and shit out a mile long ragesnake with which to choke the Austrian out of that prick *******. Epic fail indeed.

There needs to be something other than getting off scott free in place for when proceedural matters such as this fail. Letting rapists off on this shit is utterly unacceptable. A reduced sentence at least would be better. At least the monster is off the streets.
