Spoiler:
Its ok, he was already blind! He wasn't using his eyes anyway!

After doing a bit of research on this religion, it could very well be an unevolved form of Judaism. It actually seems to me as though the members of this religion might worship YHVH, only by another name.

Zoroastrianism...a religion that came before Judaism, Islam, and Christianity.

Derived in Persia from possible Greek influences. This is considered the FIRST actual monotheistic religion.

Zoroastrianism has its own SUPREME BEING (GOD) and its own Devil (SATAN)

Zorastrianism also has its own "Armaggeddon" (Apocalypse) and its OWN SAVIOR (like our Jesus)

Christianity, Judaism, and Islam came much later. Many theologists already agree that the THREE MAJOR RELIGIONS all took influence and thier ideas from Zoroastrianism.

I CHALLENGE anyone who is Christian, Muslim, or Jewish to GOOGLE Zoroastrianism up, then tell me your thoughts.

What difference does it make?

If Zoroastrianism had a following lager than 200, 000 people you would be making a thread about it and how stupid and inconsistant it is.

...

A random fact - Just before Isamic evolution in '79, the officials of Iran have encouraged people to revive Zoroastrianism and other ancient and historical habbits, including giving Persian names to new born children...etc.

It's another example of the immense probability that Christianity has borrowed mythos from prior religions.

Nothing wrong with that, every religion does that.....but I want people to open thier eyes, and be aware of this probability.

BUT OFCOURSE

I am not denying that. However, as of today, Zoroastrianism has what....0 followers ?

Why should I critisize it ? That would be as stupid as critisizing Greek Mythology....

If you READ my post, Zoroastrianism has 200, 000 followers, most from central India.

Futhermore, Christianity borrowed next to nothing from Zoroastrianism. Christianity borowed mostly from Judaism and Paganism, as did Islam, so I don't quite understand what the point is, apart from to produce illusion that you have any knowledge of any religion.

This is what you wrote:

No where did you mention central India...and if you meant to say that Zoroastrian currently has followers, then I would work on your grammar.

Oh no ?

Ahura Mazda and Ahriman (who were God and Satan at the time), as well as the concepts of Heaven and Hell existed in Zoroastrianism before Christianity. So had judgement day, and so on. So had the concept of a "savior"

You claim I have no knowledge of any religion ?

😆

A blank generalization you make in an attempt to insult me...pathetic.

I have made numerous threads about Buddhism, and I have displayed by knowledge of Ancient mythos in many threads, including Christian Mythology

If you want to insult me, at least use some kind of FACT to back it up.....

😉

All the prophets? Because I am fairly certain Moses was a Jew.

He was indeed, Wiki gives a good outline of Islam. Muhammad was actually not accepted as a prophet by the Jews. He was an Arab bon in 570 AD. Perhaps the best thing about Islam is it is a Religion which was formed in a time of rudimentary record keeping and therefore histories from the time exist... To a point!

It's Elijah, not Elija and Abraham wasn't a Jew he was a Hebrew. Jews include only those of the twelve tribes, which came after Abraham. Foiled again...

JK, I'm just being a prick. Muslimscholar is not a good representative of the Muslim faith. Just ignore him, there are other people to talk to that aren't a waste of time.

You didn't agree that I was being a prick though 🙁

And the reason Arabs in Medina accepted him as a prophet was because they were trying to ousmart the tribe of Jews they were fighting - since they knew Jews were waiting for the messiah, Arabs were afraid they might try and get to Muhammad, so they got to him first.

Jews were attemped to kill th prophet that they were waiting for and people who followed him ..The masters of Madina promised the prophet to spread his messege ..and they accepted it ..
