The Wolf Family that Lost there Way

Tsune looked up towards the sky. Winter had already taken a few of her young...she decided another search would be neccisary...she prayed they were still alive, and unharmed. Lowering her head, she wlaked out side and tilted her nose into the wind, letting out a long, sad howl.

"how did i know that.I don't know.hey maybe i'm just smart." she began to chase after an small mice

Kai stood up in an instant, hearing a howl "I think, im not sure, but i think thats your mother..." he said he ran with Layla on his back carried her to where the howl came from in a fast run

"mommy?"lalay laid low to kais back.the clod air blow into her snow white fur.

Tsuna smelled the other wolf..and Layla. She snarled and ran out, telling Bobby to stay put. She stopped when the male came into veiw.

" Who are you?!" She snarled protectively. " What are you doing with my baby? " She caught sight of Layla. She was the spitting image of her mother. ..while Bobby looked much more like his deceased father.

Kai bowed politly "I am no threat, i was bringing her back to you..."

"Mommy.!"layla leaped off Kai's back.mommy he helped us. she ran to her mother and stayed under her."you should've been there.he fought some evil lady wolf that tried to eat us.he's smart to and cool"

Tsuna lowered her body to keep Layla warm. A light snow had picked up. The male wolf was young...she chuckled. But then, so was she. She had indeed mated young, but that was not her concern now.

" Did he..?" she said, glancing back up at him. He was very respectful... She nodded her head. " Hn. Where do you come from? What's your name? "

Kai kept his head bowed "Im from another pack about five miles north. My name is Kai..." he said in a polite manner

" Kai, eh? " she said, picking Layla up in her mouth. " Hm. North...i belaive i know who you're talking about. Why are you down here?" She mumbled, gesturing for him to follow as she headed back to her den.

Layla looked over to kage and shadow."wheres daddy?"

Kai nodded and followed her "I was just wandering around, outside of my packs teritory lines...." he said "and i saw some pups and they asked me where their pack was... i didnt know and they were in this teritory, meaning that their pack was here... when the violent wolf atacked, i got Layla and ran off while Kage and Shadow were being protected by another wolf..." he shook his head with grief "I couldnt fight that wolf, and i dont know what became of Kage and Shadow..."

Layla sniffen the air.and old scent came to the nose.it was one of the oldest."mommy i remember and other brother.bobby?"

" Oh.." her face looked taut. Kage and Shadow...she would find them. She looked towards Layla, a sigh escaping her lips. " Daddy...isn't here anymore. It's just you and your brothers and I for a bit." She reached the den. Bobby was curled up and asleep where they Tsuna herself usally slept. She trembled she had forgotten. " Kai..be careful. There were humans with..those sticks. " She said gravely. " There was death in the air. " She paused. " Winter is already bitter... would you like to stay?" Her den was partially underground, kept well warm enough.

"layla's head dropped as she headr about her dad.she moved next to bobby fell asleep.she would feel better if she was next to to her other brothers also.

Tsuna was gazing up at the snow flurry. A few flakes fell briskly into the den. " Shadow...Kage.." She sighed and let her body collapse on the ground. Her head resting on her large white paws.
