Kage patted his head and started smileing. He then sighed. "I thought about my mom she loved the snow. We even made a song about it."

*Shadow got up and walked to kage and put his paw in the snow and lifted it showing kage that his paw was bigger*

"i dont think anything is wrong with him i think he's just playing in the snow"

Kai smiled "Tsuna? She is simply taking time off. She will be back soon. I promise." he said smiled. he got an evil smirk and playfully tackled Shadow into the snow.

"No my real mom." Kage said then looked back at the snow falling.

Kai stopped and sighed "Hmm.... your real mom... does Tsuna even have any real pups?" he asked "Or does she want them?" he shook his head at that thought. maybe thats why she wanted him around. he didnt know. he cared for her either way "Look, Me and Tsuna are always there...."

Kai couldnt help but laughed he walked over to kage and picked him up by his baby fur. Though his paw still hurt, he was ignoring it. "OK, im in charge for now, we are a family. I will protect you no matter what the odds are. Now cmon, im teaching you how to hunt." he said and limped towards the woods.

"i know how to hunt and i'll help u protect every1 ok Kai im calling u dad from now on because u r pretty much a dad to me"

Kage smiled it was the happiest moment he thought. He always wanted to learn how to hunt. "Thank you Thank you Thank you!" He screamed.

"Got it." Kage said he started looking around. He seen a huge deer. He jetted at the deer he jumped at it with his claws. But the deer stuck it's foot out and hit Kage right in the face. He went flying back.

*Shadow found his own rabit and killed it*

*Shadow saw kage get hit by the deer and he ran over and jumped at it with his teeth out and claws out making sure he didnt get hit bit its feet or antlers and bite threw its new and almost broke while he was clawing threw the deers side and then5 min later killed it*

Kai sighed and walked up to Kage "A deer is much to big for you at our size, go after rabbits" he said and licked the blood off of Kage's face.

*Shadow grabbed onto the deers antlers and pulled it over to where kai and kage were*

*Shadow passed out from exersion and tierdness*

Kage smiled and held the Rabbit that Shadow had gave him. He smiled at Kai. "I can take him. Thnx bro." He said getting up and chomping threw the rabbit. Once he was done he licked his lips.

Kai rolled his eyes. "Thats enough training for one day.. You got hurt.. lets go back to the den and rest." he said, and started limping towards the den.

Kage ran into the den. He was already half alsleep. He walked in and layed down. One eye was open and the other one was closed.
