The Wolf Family that Lost there Way

Kai chuckled. he walked on the ice to Deit "I probebly should have told you to use your claws as your walk?" he said smiling. He helped deit stand and then pushed him on the ice so he would slide.

A loud howl echoed throught the forest as one lone wolf begans tugging and attempting to pull his leg out of a bear trap he began whimpering and close to fainting he tries his hardest to yell help but the pain was so unbearable he couldnt take it he tried once again to howl which he succesfully did hoping someone or something would hear

Deit: *he slid around on the ice and stopped by Layla* "Hi again."

A set of twin ears perked at the sound of a distressed howl, and the creature bearing them took in a deep breath, nostrils flaring. Golden eyes shifted in the direction of the smell of blood, and she steadily made her way towards it. Her gaze settled upon an injured wolf, caught in a bear trap.

Deit: *he sneezed from being out in the cold too long* "ACHOO, ACHOO, ACHOO!!!!!!"

Kai smiled at Deit. he walked over to him and drug him off the ice gently "Almost ready to go back?" he asked, curling around him to keep him warm.

(OK, Technicolor. Recap is that a few weeks have gone by, i made up that you needed a break. Kai, Deit, and Layla are at the frozen lake.)

Layla smied and ran at kai, jumping on his back. Kai picked deit up and put him on his back as well. "Hold on." he said and raced himself back to the den, getting there ni only a few minutes.

Deit: *he sat in a warm spot in the den* "..........." *he shivered even though he was in that spot for awhile*

Kai sighed and cleaned Layla's fur. he walked over to Deit and did the same to him "I wonder when Kage, Bobby, and Shadow will get back.."

Kage appeared of nowere. "Boo!" He said with tons of snow on his face.

Kai, not scared at all smirked "What are you doing in the snow, small one?" he asked. "You might catch a cold."

"I'm just fine." Kage said and suddenly sneezed.

Lalay giggled at the sight of her brother.she pounced on him softly and began to bit him softly

Kai groaned "Great.. two pups, two contagious colds.." he said and sighed. He picked Kage up by his baby fur and carried him in, sitting him next to deit. He curled around them both, keeping them warm "Where is your mother when you need her......" Kai said to himself "Layla, they can play later, they are sick now..."

"Later? Who says i'm sick?" Kage said and sneezed. "That's just me doing it on meaning. I wanna play now."

Kai held on to Kage "No, your going to rest, you need to get better before Layla or i catch the cold as well."
