Lol, youre wrong, im 24 and ive seen old time super heroes movies, and grown up watching superman and justice league.
I havent seen Elecktra or Catwoman cause they were obviously bad movies. I expected much more about X3 and now ive seen it, i think that Elektra and Catwoman wouldnt be so bad.
It was a dissapointing movie for me, from the begining to the end, can you put your critic and dont care about what im saying?? Its my point of view.

Elektra wasn't that bad.

I went in with the mentality of it being an alternate universe and I loved it. Especially since I didn't need character development on the new mutties we have all their background info from the books. Just get right to the fun stuff.

With the death of Professor Xavier's death if you stayed after the credits you would know that he is perhaps still alive. A lot of people complained about Cyclops death. The truth is we never saw him die. Im not saying that he isnt dead just that there's a chance he is still alive due to the fact we did see it happen. Rogue, Magneto and Mystic's loss of powers - as seen at the end of the film when magneto was playing chess he was able to slightly move the chess piece. This could suggest that all characters that were affected by the cure was only temporary like when coming into contact with leech. I too was disappointed with the phoenix character in the movie. I wanted to see some knid of fiery aura around her. Regarding Jean's death i think that there is the a small chance she could come back as she did in the cartoons.

Just got back from seeing it, and I have to see that it did not live up to the hype....it was good, not as good as the 1st 2, I think the biggest problem was X3 didn't really evolve from the 1st two, it was almost like it took a step back, you really didnt get alot of insight on the newer charactors...They just crammed them in there with a so/so story, I think they emphasized on making sure this one had more action which hurt the movie storywise, I dont see why it could have been longer to help the story out.....they could gave an extra 5 minutes or so for Colossus to expand on his charactor because you really didn't learn much about him in the 2nd one, other than his power, and than they just threw him right into the action in this one with little depth on the charactor...I was also surprised how insignificant Angel was...He had so much hype around him and he really didn't affect the storyline other than walk into the X-mansion during a privotal moment, but they could use any Mutant off the street for that scene...It did have some good points tho, like the graphics and I liked how Clyclops and Iceman were portrayed better in this one than the first 2

Notice how they really didn't develop characters that weren't that important?

X2 was far superior.

Too many characters in X3. Not enough character development. Angel was insignificant.

Juggernaut should have been more of a bad a$$. When Wolverine gets kicked, he should have flew to the next block or the next town.

Too many important mutants died.

The movie was awesome. Quite a bit better than the other two. I was so sad when Magneto lost his powers and was even sadder when nobody would play chess with him!!!! However it made my day when he showed he still had his power. And what he did to the bridge, it was frickin awesome and hilarious at the same time!!!!

Alcatraz. The last stand was on alcatraz. The place where the big fight was at the end of the movie, where the X-Men made their... last stand. That was where it was.

I guess Cyclops and Xavier weren't that important since they were killed off huh?.....Angel's prolly not that important even though they did base the previews around his charactor like he actually had something to do with the story.....Leech wasn't that important either, even though the storyline was wrapped around his charactor....Callisto wasn't really that important even there she replaced Mystique as a vital member of the brotherhood....see if they actually put some time into developing charactors that "weren't important" than they would have added depth into the movie which makes it more enjoyable to watch.

It was a good movie, but I think it lacked depth, too many answers unquestioned...I know I know, they can be answered in a 4th film, but a 4th film isnt for sure, and even the actors have said they think this is the last one, and with all the spinoffs going on, whats the point of even having a 4th film

Questions i need to ask...

did anyone actually see cyclops die?
do you think they at least took some of the ideas from the comics into consideration? (like how Jean Grey had an clone and the real one was kept in hybernation by some underground organisation)
and should i be expecting a sequel, or just spin offs?
