Not necessarily who you think was (is) the BEST, but who's your favorite President in the past 50 years and explain why.

Why was Nixon the worst? I would say Lyndon B. Johnson was the worst.

Lyndon Johnson was bad also not as bad as Nixon simply he wasn't because his transgressions wasn't reviled unlike other presidents.

Im not American so I dont know a hell of alot about the presidents but I always liked Bill Clinton. He just seemed like a nice, approachable guy.

only from the outside he seems but on the inside it is a different story.

Argh. Reagan resterted a Cold War that was taking a nice nap, plunged the nation into a debt previously unfathomable, jump-started every conservative policy currently in play in the US, fed way too many international dictators, and re-militarized America.

So having one of the lowest unemployment rate, and a balanced budget makes a bad president? Please, get over it people...Clinton might have been a two-bit husband, but he was a good president.

Clinton was a great president, who was impeached for no reason by a rabid Republican majority trying to prove that Democrats are morally and religiously inferior. They might have just painted a huge scarlet "A" on his chest. Now when W blatantly lies to the US, the UN, and the world over a real issue...impeachment is not an option. Speaking of that, which crazyperson voted for W?
