Who In your opinion are the top 10 Marvel characters(besides Galactus and characters like him) who wield the most power?

Hulk is physically strong, but is not on the level of surfer or Adam warlock. good luck having him jump up into space and chase surfer around... thor might be up there in "raw power" but he is not marvel's strongest. I can see gladiator being a factor, but he just isnt ever a Major Player IMO...
