Your "evidence" here its wrong. Hulk in that match didnt knocked out any of those. In fact if memory serves he didnt knock out a single soul. Most he did was punching them away and then getting punched in return.

And he never killed Thor either. The only fight he was able to k.o Thor, he did it after Thor also knocked him out.
