I believe both are awesome fighters and an excelent match-up. All-in-all though I believe V would win.

Spawn: Immense superhuman strength, speed and endurance, Invulnerability, Immortality, Flight, Nigh-omnipotent magical powers, Teleportation, Shape-Shifting, Living symbiotic costume

Wow, talk about overkill here. Spawn would slaughter V. All he would have to do is his "alien" trick and it'd be over.

Easily the worst thread I've encountered.

Closing...mainly so an earnest attempt at a thread doesn't get bogged down by insulting members who know more about the characters but less about manners.
