Female dogs overwhelm the male dogs sexual instinct with scent, a powerful, biological one that they are wired to react to. Ever walked your dog past a dog in heat? Exactly. Male dogs don't have the brain to say no, female dogs don't have the power over the scent either.

That's different because whilst there are females out there who tempt fate, they don't deserve rape, nor do they ask for or biologically appeal to you in a way that your brain cannot override and say "No, I won't rape her just because looking at her gave me a woody."

So does the skimpy and seductive clothing overwhelm other males and at those certain points in time they may not even have the brain to say no. Just like certain killers have been murdering people for so long they no longer have to think about before doing it. Their brain doesn't say no but says yes. Why do you think so many young men now days rape young girls and never even feel bad about doing so.
