So a dog is "forced" to have sex with a female dog in heat? Someone physically makes them do the whole process of comitting the act of sex? Unless that is the case they are not forced to do anything but merely act on their own attractions. Just as males do when they're gang rapeing a girl.

There is a biologically overwhelming reaction that is caused by a scent given off by the female that is specifically intended to attract male dogs.

Male dogs don't have the brain power to say no, add to that the chemical reaction and there you go.

Males have the brain power to say no and there is NO reaction, chemical or otherwise, that is forcing them.

As WD said, stick to religion, science obviously not something you were taught.

Can I see statistics for this "most men" thing? Because I'd call those men nothing more than men who choose to pursue sex. There's nothing forcing them, they just really want to pursue sex. No chemical reaction that forces it, no chemical reaction from the female that makes it happen.
