this convo is done man, im not gonna start posting what Ive been asking all over again, besides your not the one who posted that comment so why would you answer my question unless your like whob and have made another account in secret.

Give me a second, do you ask questions to receive answers and learn? Or do you ask questions cause you can't be bothered to explain your own standpoint? Anyways, I asked you something, yes, you, so maybe you could answer.

Why do you disagree (with what Eis is saying)?

Alright... I will play along because it seems you want to pick a fight.

What I'm saying is that your standart 14 year old, would not join the KKK. Age has nothing to do with idiocy... The only reason the thread starter would even consider joining this organization is because he is an idiot not because he's young.

Judging from your post I doubt you will understand it.

But anyways, a 30 year old joined the KKK because he is an idiot...a 14 year old joined the KKK because he is an idiot, See, age doesn't have anything to do with idiocy.

Well, I don't really agree with that, but at list try to understand what he meant.

I understand what he means but how do you know a 30 yr old is an idiot for joining the KKK... what I mean is they are an organization just like the black panthers or minutemen or a tea club why would KKK be any different? Now im not trying to defend them, because I think they stand for the wrong reasons but why does age have nothing to do with idiocy?

So I can assume that you want to somehow make fun of me simply because I ask a question about a comment that I disagree with.

Why would I come into this thread just to say "I disagree"? Id be better of not posting and just keep reading what your all debating. Listen I dont know what your getting at because once again I think your just trying to pick a fight, so Ill say this again I disagree on that logic simply because how do you know a 30 yr old is an idiot for joining the KKK? I can say every ogranization is an idiotic one therefore every member is an idiot.

Now you said you disgree with it also, so why do you disagree with that logic?

For a similar reason, just because someone joins an organisation ( be it as idiotic as it may be...hehe I like the structure of this sentence) doesn't make them stupid, I can agree that chances that a stupid person joins the KKK is higher, but there are more reasons to join the KKK than stupidity.

I agree 😛

That's subjective... People that join the KKK are more than likely joining so they can fit in and share their views and opinions with like minded people, basically the reason anyone joins a group (and yes, they are always some exceptions to this rule).

So when joining the KKK it comes down to if you think racism, segregation and the belief in racial superiority is stupid or not.

And, I do concede your point that the KKK attracts stupid people. 🙂

Yeah, but that is the opinion Eis gave, people that join the KKK are generally stupid...we could look at the IQ tests of all the members for some evidence

Easier way than that, check out one of thier rallies... Like I said in a previous post, you have grown men and women in sheet costumes going by self imposed titles of 'The Grand Wizard' or 'The Supreme Dragon' spouting off hate rhetoric.

I have a feeling that there are very intelligent members to the KKK, most likely the leaders who recite every talking point that the KKK stands for all the while taking in 'donations for the cause' from the lower members and using said funds for personal use.

Yeah, but as you said that is subjective.

I saw the KKK's official website. They don't really seem to be that bad. I think it's just the more radical members that get all the negative attention, which in turn gives them bad publicity.

.... 😕

Ok, but what makes you think YOU are the 'standard' 14 year old? What makes you think you know what a 'standard' 14 year old thinks.

You know what you know, and what you think, but that does not bind ALL 14 year olds in the same pile. It just doesn't.

Like I said, people can be as different as they are the same.

education on the civil rights movement, and by extention the kkk is standard in the u.s. k-12 system of education and is taught in grammar school (ages aprox. 8-11)

either his school failed or he just wasnt paying attention. whichever the case, the standard 14 year old in america graphically knows far more about the past actions of the kkk.

Yeah, and I don't doubt that someone joining the KKK is ignorant...but you don't need to be stupid. Although probably most are.

KKK

Yeah, those poor Klan's men are so misunderstood. 🙄

I think they deserve our tolerance and respect. 🙄

As unfortunate as it may seem, they do deserve tolerance and the right to express what they feel as long as it doesn't impose of others freedoms.

If they want to march in down the street in full sheet costumes yelling "I hate #$%^%4's" and "We hate #$%'s" that is their right to do so and it needs to be tolerated. But, if they want to hang a black person or brutally beat a homosexual then they need to be stopped by all means.

Freedom of speech and expression can be a B-Yotch sometimes, but you take the good with the bad.

And it's my right to throw rotton eggs at them.

No, you can state your disapproval, but throwing an egg or anything else physical for that matter would be considered assault and you'd probably end up in jail next to the guys uncle-brother-cousin that you hit with the egg.

Indeed there are many professionals educated people in the ranks of the KKK. I can't quite remenber the name of a documentary of the KKK that I saw a couple of years ago (I do remenber it was on HBO) They have attorneys and even Doctors who represent them. It's not a very good idea to think of the KKK are a bunch of toothless hicks wearing white sheets and burning crosses.

It's very similar to the Nazi officials who were lawyers, doctors, and scientist... the KKK are a threat and very dangerous one...

Agreed, underestimating an enemy is about the biggest blunder one can make.

Thank god that in Germany this crap falls under "Terroristic threats" .
