Or the panel where he slaps away Hulk and Drax with ease. Infinity Gauntlet Saga is the issue where that feat is from, if anyone's interested.

I have the issue in front of me and it's vague at best. Both Hulk and Surfer were depowered and controlled by obedience disks. Surfer had his board but couldn't use "The Power Cosmic". No, I don't think the Hulk should win against Silver Surfer. I was making a point on how this type of result can be spun into making Hulk (or any character) shown to beat characters out of their league. 😎

SS wins this with terrible ease. Yes hulk can get stronger as he gets angrier, but his anger is no match for the power cosmic. To quote SS from Marvel Ultimate Alliance, the power cosmic can not be defeated, thats espically true in this case.
