Fair enough, but they're obviously on a different level than Pete. Actually, I think DD ripped him apart prior to fighting Superman (not that that would kill him, because it obviously didn;t, but it slowed him down for a while). But even with someone of DD's strength, it seemed awfully PIS-ish to rip him in two. It really shouldn't be possible unless you can stretch him past his limit.

Exactly. Hasn't PM shown to be able to stretch around the entire planet? He can do that but when DD stretched his head six feet, he was torn in two. 🙄

I suppose that makes sense. But I still think it was just PIS to make DD look sweet.
Unfortunately it still doesn't kill him ( 😛 )....short of something like molecular disintegration, he'll always reconstitute, so he's really an extremely tough person to take out...even more so than many "heavy-hitter" types who'll die with enough force.

Nah, it's probably possible. The analogy might not have been perfect, but it made a valid point. At least it's the best logical justification for it (besides PIS).
