He can turn himself into a toilet and flush people down himself. I'm not sure if he can seperate into another person (doubtful) but he's hella-versatile (the toilet thing is only an example). And yes, he stalemated MM. But no, no intangibility.

Nah, it's pretty simple. PM's immune to telepathy. Strength attacks really don't do anything to PM (at least when he's ready for it). PM's beyond J'onn in terms of shape-shifting and stretchibility. He won't be able to do anything to PM in intangible mode. And the only other thing MM has going for him is his Martian Vision or whatever (energy projection). And PM was durable enough to take that without being vaporized or seriously harmed.
PM would have a hard time killing MM....which is why it's rightly been called a stalemate. If anything, J'onn was getting the better of the fight, and PM was just keeping him busy. But it was still impressive because neither could seriously harm the other.
I would have to give it to PM just by a hair for this reason, is that Colossus needs to sleep and when he is either knocked unconscious or falls asleep he reverts back to his human form. PM would simple need to stay awake long enough for him to fall asleep or tie himself in such a good knot that he could wait it out. Now granted that he has stayed in this form without sleep for a very long time.
