Once again I'm not saying that Carnage would lose the majority. Carnage would take maybe 5-6/10 but it wouldn't be a blow out like some are suggesting. Especially since Batman's gets access to any and ALL of his gadgets. However, Batman could simply keep teleporting around him and use the torch. If you don't believe me about the teleporting device on his belt:
