Oh so explain why he could vaporise buu and fight with him evenly... its only because buu could regenerate over and over again without loosing energy, that he could get the upper hand. Roshi could vaporise the moon. Piccol did it with ease.. If he turn the attack he did on radiz on earth the earth would have been destroyed.
