1. Gotenks didn't move at the SoL.
-The Earth was rotating as he circled it, meaning that time may have been sped up to show him
-It shows him circling the Earth nine times. If he circled it 36 times, then part of it may not have been shown.
-Even if it was 36 times within the scene shown, he still wasn't moving at SoL.2. Goku is one of the only fighters to know Instant Transmission, and it's more teleportation than speed, meaning it wouldn't be very useful. Reintegrating takes time that Superman could easily take advantage of (Superman could just remain in hypertime and wait for Goku to slowly reappear). Also, in movie 6, when it shows Goku during IT, it appears that he is out of phase with the rest of the universe, meaning that he probably wouldn't be able to attack.

He's proved he can attack with IT, If you want to use the movie for one, or you could use Warp kamehameha, or when he used it to port behind kid Buu and kick him, or when he used it to port behind Pikkon and blast him with a kamehameha, or when he used it to escape Cell's kamehameha, there are a few instances where he used IT to help him fight.
even giving the superman side the benefit of the doubt.. okay let us assume that DBZ characters can't TRAVEL faster than lightspeed.. because flying is taxing.. moving that fast for long distances takes it's toll on the character's power level. Thus they TRAVEL at fast speeds but not near light because it would be too taxing on their bodies incase they have an impending fight coming up, they would already be doomed...

THIS would explain why DBZ characters can move for short bursts and fight at light speeds, but not necessarily go long distance using light speed.... EVEN IF this be the case... they can still REACT to superman traveling in a lightspeed fasion and they can still outspeed superman in a fight.. as per my radditz example.
so what's more important? supes able to fly around at light speed? or DBZ characters able to fight and react at light speed?
Considering once again that darksied as given it to supes STRICTLY in hand to hand combat WITHOUT the use of his omega beams, WITHOUT the power of flight, and WITHOUT the ability to move NEARRRRRRRR the speed of light.. AND he's done this on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS!..... one has to assume that even if DBZ characters can't travel at light speeds they would still hand superman his ass in any given fight. 😐
