Never the less it is true. Watch a few fights in Dragonballz. That is what happens in all of them. Added to that most of Goku training is to make him stronger not teach him combat skills.

I thought he beat those guys by being stronger than due to random powerups during the battles. Give me an example of Goku defeating a clearly stronger opponent by being more skilled.

goku has no faster than light feats you say, riiiight! the monkeydude has been dodging lightning since he was a kid. hes been dodging ki blasts at point blank range. galvaclaw, have you ever pointed a flashlight at someone at point blank range? yes, try to incorporate that principle ok?

Firstly lighning does not move at the speed of light. Added to that Goku wasn't racing it. All it means Goku can move a foot in the time the lightning has travelled a few miles to get to him. Ki blasts take time to charge Goku could allready be moving before it fires. That and any proof the blasts do move at light speed? If he could move at light speed in dragonball he would of cleared snake way in less than a second not months.

goku is hurt by blows that wouldnt hurt superman. riiight! i guess planetary and galaxy destroying power blasts wouldnt be considered as "blows" then. not only has he survived them, he got up, and gone off to finish the fight as well. and win. hmmm, yes, think about it..

Can you name those times times? I can't seem to remember them. When cell got hit by merely a planet destroying blast it vapourised half of him. Even if SS3 Goku is 10 times more powerful he's not taking a solar sytem destroying blast let alone a galaxy destroying one.

When he fought perfect Cell he didnt win no but he drew with him and Cell was holding back enough power so he was slightly stronger, if it wasnt for his regeneration he would have beaten him with a very skillful move.

You do realize that Goku can use Instant Transmission when he battles right? This means when he is fighting he can instant transmit somewhere and immediately use his attacks. Come on, Superman would never know what hit him and where it came from.

Uh, in case you haven't noticed, the Goku side has also admitted that it doesn't count as speed since it's TELEPORTATION.

BTW, maybe you should watch the show. IT'S NOT INSTANT. In the time that it takes Goku to dematerialize, Superman would already have broken him in half.

And who cares whether Superman can fight or not? It doesn't matter. All Superman has to do is go into hypertime, casually stroll up to the frozen Goku, and knock his head off.
