i think all of you are missing the big picture. Most likely even if supes and goku got into a fight it wouldnt last long. One both are goodie tooshoes and would come to realize neither is bad, secondly whos to really know how either of them is going to react in a different universe. Both have become weakend at times when they were out of there original places. Both have come back to life. But heres the real kicker supes power is based off of solar power where as the saiyin power is very similar to light so we cant say if gokus power could hurt supes and visa versa we dont know how goku would react to supes power. but if i were to have to pick a winner of the two it would have to be supes for 3 really good reasons 1) supes invunerability is based off of a invisible energy shied, next goku at his greatest power runs out of energy fairly quickly when he uses it against a powerful enemy, but lastly and the main reason i thinks supes would win is from the begining of supes adventures in comics supes has always been resourful if he couldnt win with brute force he'd find another way just look at all the battles he had with mxiplicxs and darksied. In the end supes would do what he did to the last goddess of krypton he could grab goku and fly directly into the sun his powers becone nie obnipotent when hes in the middle of the sun goku would have to destroy the sun to stop supes and theres no way goku would even consider that. even if supes didnt do that goku would watse a lot of energy on supes and as long as supes is next to the sun he would heal from gokus attacks while still standing and i very much doubt that the kami kame is any where as powerful as darkseids energy beans. On the record only two creaturs have ever survived darkseids energy beans one is supes and the other was Galactus during a marvel dc crossover.
