Superman can defeat EVERY DBGT character...............combined

Superman CAN'T FIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't you understand that? He could never hit Goku! ANd what is this about INstant transmission doesn't count? WHAT? It can't be used in super speed battles? What crack are you smoking?? LOL It is beyond speend. It is...........INSTANT! And yes, Goku uses INstant transmission in many of his battles. YOur'e right it cant be compared to speed.......its better. It's INSTANT! I mean are you that blind or just so into Superman you dont realize these two major factors. Also Superman has weaknesses. Goku does not.

And one more thing, you guys are taking what writers are doing with Superman and saying its law. Superman lift quintillion tons?????? Of course he can't do that. Come on! Lol So if a writer wrote a comic and in that comic Spiderman whupped Hulks ass, then I guess its true, RIGHT????? Of course not! Spiderman could NEVER defeat the Hulk, even if writers made it so. Understand? Writers of Superman are idiots anyway. They have totally abused the Man of Steel. Do you realize it is written that Superman has taken a 1000 years of martial arts training? Yeah, its written......but.....LOLOLOLOL. The dude can't fight!

You guys can come up with your feats, and your time travel, and your soul vision, etc, etc, crap, etc.......but Im sorry, Superman could NEVER beat Goku!

And by the way, SUPERMAN CAN'T FIGHT! This is the biggest reason why he would LOSE! Just like in Superman REturns when he lost his powers and got his ass KICKED by Lex and his goons. The guy can't fight. Can you imagine if Goku lost his superpowers? Yeah, he wouldn't be Super anymore, but he would still kick the majority of peoples ass's b/c he is REAL, not fake like Superman. He would have destroyed Lex and his goons, not got an asskicking like Superman.

And please, Im not trying to be a jerk, but Goku could simply grab some kryptonite and blow an energy blast right through Superman, or he could instant transmission to another planet with no yellow sun, end of superman. Or to a red sun, and then just watch Superman wilt. Sorry, supes has too many weaknesses to win. And his writers can abuse him and say he's God and whatever.....but he'd get decimated by Goku. Superman couldn't even beat Majin Buu, forget about Goku. LOL

Superman can fight, why don’t you check the respect thread before you make such stupid comments? But lets say he can’t fight, he only knows basic stuff like punching and kicking. So you put Superman in a room with Jet Li, Li is obviously knows how to fight and is well trained but does that mean he can beat Superman? Of course not since Superman is faster, stronger, and more durable. It doesn’t matter that he’s better trained than Superman because Superman is superior in every other way.

For a DB fan you sure don’t seem to know a lot about the series. For one thing the movies and GT aren’t considered cannon but I’ll include them just for fun.

The Shunkan Idō is a technique not a speed. He can’t go anywhere he wants with it, he learnt it from the people from the planet Yardrat after the Freeza saga. Goku can only use it if is concentrating on someone’s Ki and going short distances (he has to bee able to see the place he’s going to). In the fight against Cell, Goku flew up into the sky, charged up his attacks and then waited and appeared behind Cell, he has to concentrate in order to use it, he can’t use it as his regular speed otherwise he would never get hit. He had to use it to take Cell to Kai’s planet but couldn’t use it fast enough to get them back on Earth leaving Cell behind. And again, if Goku could go anywhere he pleases with the Shunkan Idō he would have just taken Cell to an abandoned planet. So either he can’t use it consistently in battle or he’s just an idiot.

Now you’re going to ignore evidence from comics concerning lifting feats? That’s pathetic, Spider-Man beating the hulk is not believable while someone like Superman who has been consistently written to be uber powerful. Someone like him showing the strength to lift quintillion tons wouldn’t seem as ridiculous as someone like Wolverine beating the Surfer.

Superman Returns is one movie that isn’t even considered cannon. It’s funny how you conveniently forgot to mention the fact that the island was also made up of fragments of Kryptonite, Superman wasn’t been normal he was weakened. In the comics however it takes long exposures of K to actually seriously harm him as shown when he took out S girl with a K ring.

Goku is not going to grab some K and blast Superman with it. This is the guy that gave Cell a senzu bean while the fate of the planet was in the balance. Goku can’t survive in space, this is kind of obvious. When Kid Buu destroyed Earth Goku was teleported away because even if he survived the attack he would still die without oxygen. Even under a red sun Supes is still stronger than Goku, Zod and Supes were causing tremors on a planet while fighting under a red sun, he’s powers don’t instantly disappear.

Before you go and say Goku just earned his powers and Superman didn’t, take in mind that Goku is a Saiyan. As a baby e had exceptional strength and unlike humans, fighting is in his blood. Every time a Sayain survives a near death experience their strength vastly increases and the training that would say increase the strength of a human by 2 fold would increase their strength by at least 10 fold. How else do you think chibi trunks and Goten are stronger than Kuririn, Tien, and Yamcha despite having much less experience in real combat?

So Goku spends 3 days on top of a mountain and Supes spends 15,000 years in the Sun. What else is new?

I’m not trying to make it look like Superman can’t be beaten. There re plenty of characters that can take down regular Post-Crisis Superman but Goku isn’t one of them. Hell, I’d say that even WW could take out Goku

nicely put, i dont know a lot about DB but you obviously do, but i always thought goku seemed pushed over what he was, because when i watched my FIRST episode of DB he never seemed too impressive for me to go he'd beat superman hand down

Lol well in DB he wasn't that impressive, its DBZ he gets to the point of rediculouse power.

And "I Watch Poke'mon" Instatant transmission only takes along time when Goku has to find a sorce of chi, if he knows roughly wear he is going or wear the chi is it dosn't take long at all, unless you want to go by the anime but that drags everything out, 9 episodes for 5 minuits sheesh...which is one reason why I get annoyed with the anime, it gives people the impression it takes DBZ characters 10 minuites to charge a planet destroying attack, when they can just use a basic chi blast, but I digress. The only time IT took a while to port close in the manga was the "warp kamehameha" but that seemed more for dramatic flare than the fact Goku needed time to concentrate.

But he dosn't often use IT in a fight because if someone is faster than he is there is no point, either he ports to somewhere in the range of his sight and the faster person can get there before he does anything eles or he runs away and looses, so realy It dosn't matter against someone faster than you.
