As I said it before you do not have to move at light speed to dodge laser weapons. Otherwise how does Spiderman do it?
frieza has killed a planet using less than .25% of his 100% power....
current superman has never shown to be on that level without help, or a plot device...
The argument has never been whether DBZ characters have more firepower. Prove that Z fighters are physically more power. Or better yet prove that they even approach Superman.
aside from that goku's a FARRRRR greater fighter than supes... so what if supes has a thousand years fighting experience.. if all of those years were spent throwing out meat and potatoes punches, then it still doesn't make him a better fighter...
goku has beaten fighters over 5000 years old in the after life tournement and did it WITH EASE.....
He was likely stronger than those fighters. Name one example of Goku beating a more powerful foe using skill rather than by randomly getting stronger.

It's the only time he's used it offensivly. People on the Dragonnall Z side make out that Goku fights like Nightcrawler. He doesn't. Goku doesn't use it very often. It would be like the superman side bringing rarely used techniques such as sun dipping or generating electricity though his aura.
Goku blitzing anyone with instant translocation would be out of character.

Don't all his foes that can hurt him also have superspeed? Besides that he uses it fairly often.

2- No. And the ones who have dont always use speedblitz when figthing against him either.
In fact, Most of the superfast bricks, have a low record at using speedblitz.

okay here we go again.. you DO have to move at the speed of light to dodge a light speed attack AFTER it's been fired.... you NECESSARILY HAVE TO HAVE light speed reactions to dodge a light attack after someone's already attacked you with it...
street levelers use evasive maneauvers in comics.. that doesn't mean they can dodge laser fire AFTER it's been fired and I invite you to try and find me an example of that EXACT thing taking place.
spiderman... well he has this thing called a SPIDER SENSE.. he knows what's coming at him, when it's coming, the severity of the attack, and where it will land..AND he knows all this BEFORE IT HAPPENS.. hence; precognative. He's able to dodge lasers because he's alerted to almost every detail about them BEFORE THEY FIRE.

Oh, Goku was 12 during the martail arts tourniment while facing jackie chun(Roshi). He was younger before that. Goku said he was 14 but he couldn't count but when roshi taught him to count he was really 12.
