Uhhhh...I have never met anyone as dense as you, as I was not talking about where they were racing to as if they are in space they are allowed to go fully out but in the atmosphere most are restricted. Alright take Northstar for instance, he can go 99% the speed of light but can't on Earth since it would cause great harm to him and the environment. Get it? Location such as atmosphere is very important

No it's a hude detail as Gladiator who can go multple light speeds wouldn't be able to do that on Earth. That's a HUGE detail.
