if hes trying to save somone im sure he would want to do it as soon as possible just as any other person.

If he flew as fast as possible the shockwave would kill thousands/millions of people and he'd probably kill the boy in the process. And even if he did save the boy it's one life saved to the many he destroyed.

In so many words, if he has to he probably would. Let me ask you this, diabloman, would you fly at top speed through a city to save one kid? If so, what will you say to all the families you destroyed with your shockwave? Well, to the surviving members of the families.

if others wherent harmed then yes i would. but if i didnt save the kid cause i didnt want to go fast enough to get him. the whole world wouldnt depend on me ever again or call me a superhero.
