Captain Marvel/Black Adam
Quasar (unless he got banned)
Superman/Gladiator/Supreme/(banned)
(banned)/Morg
Martian Manhunter
X Man/Cable/Stryfe
Orion
Green Lantern (various)
Binary
Drax the Destroyer (pre-upgrade/change)
Champion (he can fly.... right?)
Ronan's been getting decent press recently
Captain Atom
Sinestro
Apollo
Engineer
Firestorm
Cyborg Superman
Omni Man
Hyperion/Exiles Hyperion

but if there isn't, wouldn't that be unfair to the person who chose him? and if there is, he's basically unkillable.
My idea is that If were allowing Surfer (Mister 'I can create Blackholes when pissed off' ) under a flimsy 'stay under lightspeed' rule. Then I think we can can keep the Cyborg.
Or better yet , Ban mind jumping .
Ergo - He can do the whole taking over some ones super suit , but can't jump if his body is going to be destroyed...or something along those lines.
We'll work it out when it comes up.

Italickeded those I especially would favor and got rid of the two who were banned. I would also add some relatively obscure people...
Black Bolt
Union (From wildstorm)
Ultimus (Thor foe)
Spartan 3.0 (Majestic minus the speed but plus teleportation)
Eradicator
Maelstrom (likely the ONLY flightless character I'd really recommend)
Maxima
Graviton
Skreet (Size of a bug but she beats on Heralds)
Absorbing Man (might get banned though)
What the hell can maelstrom do ?
Also what about Door man or Deathurge.
Inbetweener ?
Hyperstorm ?

skreet would be above level as well, no? and i'd love to have taken takion. again, not many feats though, and the whole unltd powers thing probably puts him over the limit . . . 🙁
