not many feats for lightray. 🙁 i'd say cyborg supes is out of the killability limit. dude can be essentially unkillable. my vote would be to ban him.

Element Lad - Ya didnt the power go to his head and he was a threat to the whole legion?

My idea is that If were allowing Surfer (Mister 'I can create Blackholes when pissed off' ) under a flimsy 'stay under lightspeed' rule. Then I think we can can keep the Cyborg.

Or better yet , Ban mind jumping .

Ergo - He can do the whole taking over some ones super suit , but can't jump if his body is going to be destroyed...or something along those lines.

We'll work it out when it comes up.
