To be fair, no one really knows what Jean without Phoenix Potential can do. So she'd basically lose this fight by default due to lack of feats.

I don't buy the "Jean was the White Crown Phoenix since 1963!" bit. It flies in the face of every X-Man story that ever was. Magneto shouldn't have been a threat to her, now should he have?
