Plus, AM gains total control over the energy he's absorbed, CM won't be able to control the magic lightening once AM becomes it. Same thing happened to Quasar who has total control over his quantum energy.

No idea WHAT the Rock of Eternity is made of nor if AM is capable of absorbing it. It's not even really a rock as more a physical manifestation of magic.
