Which comic character was the most depowered in a movie?

I'd definately say just about anyone in the X-Men movies. Weak.

hulk,dr.doom,juggernaut, and storm

Well they haven't shown much of his heightened senses, but still clearly Pheonix has been the most depowered.
The Thing and Iceman in second and third place.

Most increased in power: Toad

Juggernaut and Phoenix.

But almost everybody in the X-men movies was.

Most of the badguys in X-men 3 they were just drained
