Super Girl, from the old Super Girl movie (1984) I felt they didnt show her strength at full extent, but you guys might disagree with me, it was indeed, an old movie.. I do like how they morphed her appearance though, like when she was a human she had brunette hair and when she was super girl she was blonde..

The movies were probably closer to some characters than we give them credit for. Like Magneto, who is probably more powerful in the movies than in his first appearence in an X-Men comic.

he got shot through the freaken heart twice thats a hell of a lot more damage then getting shot in the head when your skull can't be broken.That last part of what you just said makes no senses.
He healed from the spikes rather quickly, so wolverine was ok... he fought loads of people, and basically the movie was about him. The other characters were degraded far more, to the point where they had to depend on him.
Movie character's usually aren't as strong, because they want whatever they lift to be all dramatic or whatnot (unless its like the hulk), Superman didn't seem to depowered though...
Xavier and Magneto were depowered, as were Rouge, Juggy, and everyone else. But then again Digi made a valid point about it being the early incarnation of the characters.
On an interesting turn of events however, Dock Ock was made stronger, and was the Goblin IMO, they are usually more of "joke" villans.
juggernaut was 2 small, he was a mutant, and he wasnt xavier's brother, he got knocked out by running in to a wall without his powers.
and the most disapointing of all, he only threw wolverine throu the roof and back, if comic juggy had been fighting just wolverine, wolvie would just be a skid mark by the end of the fight.

i dont think vinnie jones was the problem. he plays a tough guy better than most other actors. the real depowerment you refer to is him not being invulnerable.
before i watched x3 i was wondering how the story was going to unfold and i was hoping in the beginning that it would show cain in a psychic coma in a maximum security high tech facility where he was the only inmate.
i was also hoping that he would be the main bad guy instead of phoenix

i agree with you on the part where he got cut from that concrete shrapnel (which shouldnt have happened since he was able to deflect bullets) but other than that, i think the director did a great job. 😉

Whatever dude, I liked it and I am pretty sure I'm not the only one. And as far as realistic Please dude, tell me whats realistic about a guy that knows 127 styles, has billions of dollars worth of equipment, can kick through trees, and balances a life as a million dollar playboy and a crusader.
And Christian nolan needed work on his Batman especially that scene where he was trying to scare the cop, please, that scenes acting was on par with Wesley Snipes screaming over whistlers death in Blade trilogy.
