actually full metal jacket has the least amount of violence and fighting of all the war movies. its more about the de-humanization of man during war then anything.

The first hour of Full Metal Jacket is absolutely spectacular. The second hour just goes to hell. It's as if Kubrick went on vacation and let someone else take over. 😕

the first half is better, but the second half is still awesome and has some of the best sequences of all of the vietnam movies.

Full Metal Jacket is exelent! I love all the nasty talking...sucky sucky hehe! But over to Bay again, the coreographi in Pearl is absoulutely exelent!
