I think Thor can take a slight majority here. He is, imo, more durable and a bit stronger, though not as strong as Superman in comparison.
All it takes is a lockup grapple, and since her braces aren't crossed in that hold, he can just do to her what he did to Durok. Pull out a godblast and leave her a skeletal frame in a crater.

But she's never been hit with Thor's lightning.

Might I add Durok fought Surfer and Thor at the same time and did extremely well for himself. Durok died from Thor's lightning.

Maybe not. If DC Zeus did blast her with lightning and she survives, he probably held back. If Zeus wanter her dead, she'd be dead.

Like umniomi said, Thor could grapple her and use the god blast.

Like stated before Thor could summon a storm to give himself the field advantage. This fight would be nice to see, but imo Thor takes this more times than not.

It looked like the god blast, it was never stated what it was though.

Its his godblast, done without the hammer. And it doesn't require a prayer to pull off.

Perhaps not, but it does require Thor to immobilize Wonder Woman in very close quarters. And given her speed advantage and her access to weapons, while Thor is essentially unarmed, I don't know how likely that would be.
