With hammer, Thor no, doubt to me anyway. Without hammer I think he could take a slight majority. He can use a lot more of his powers without majolnir than people think or give him credit for. Skill very similar, strength and durability I think Thor has a slight advantage. Speed he's at a disadvantage. Im sure in his lifetime he's learned a few tricks to deal with fast opponents.
