Because bios dont translate comic feats. While that bio makes WW better than CM (shes only stronger than Hercules in the bios), in the actual comics she usually ends up relying more in skill and has remarked or hinted SM was stronger than her.

CM has stalemate the same guy without remarking such.

Well, thats the point, isent? Willingly going all out its something heroes do even less. It usually takes an outside influence to do so.

Nothing is definite, in the current Justice series, CM is stated to be faster than the Flash for example. Wich gives the bomb that hes better than SM also, but thats one series.

WW ends usually having more problems only by going punch by punch with Supes. The fact shes hinted hes stronger its a given she isent equal.

CM, on the other hand usually does better. Im talking only strength here, ok? He doesnt hint or remark how SM is stronger and he looks better blow by blow than Diana. He gets hurt less and usually hurts Superman faster than Diana does.

As statements goes, WW has been remarked from being his second to > equal, against CM that has been remarked from being his equal to > sligth better toe to toe.

The fact CM does at least as good as her (strengthwise) against SM; makes the stronger than Hercules line, only worthy of bios, pretty much in all post crisis history.

Don't forget the power of Zeus is used for durability and to boost the other powers.

Every thing cap get's from Zeus or Herculese indirectly thru the wizard Shazam, WW get's directly str8 from the source.

And it still "only" makes her being in the same class as those two.

What revelance then, does it have getting your powers directly or inderectly if that isent something that changes your category?

WW has never looked Superior to Cap or BA, imo.

She stands next to and slightly diagonal to Superman in the scheme of things.
Ie, behind him slightly.

Cap has always been presented as next to him. And they don't draw from the same Gods.
Its a weird relationship.

He draws from what the gods represent, and she draws from them directly.
