DarkCrawler KABOOOOM!!

Well...he didn't excatly beat all those characters with prep, since none of those things went according to his plan. Seriously, he seems pretty tough. He took Wonder Woman, Power Girl, Captain Marvel, Superman, Hourman, Plastic Man out with six moves...Marvel and Superman on the same time. 😬

stop making things up. he was gang piled by supes, cm, wonderwoman and powergirl. he fended them off for all of 2 panels and managed to drive supes and cm's heads together (aided by his tp) but they weren't ko'd.

what was more impressive -- despero hanging 2 panels with that group, or johnny sorrow (you know, his PARTNER IN THE WHOLE V&V BOOK!) who simultaneously beat gl, sentinel, fate, zatanna AND firestorm!!?

yet despero took on everyone that mattered?? 😑

laughable statement.

and newjak -- mm fought him over the course of 2 issues. in an earlier jla arc, he fought mm for a few panels before overcoming him.

And whoever picked Orion would get the Astro Harness. That's standard equipment for him unlike, say, Cyborg Superman with 5 power rings.

I'm surprised that the first two rounds actually went smoothly and that this one was the worst. I would think that if people were trying to sneak in someone they would try and do it in the second round.

What's even more impressive was Sorrow beating Despero considering nobody else could.
