My thing is that if you argue so that your team can beat their other members (Shaman, Kyle) that Juggs is effectively screwed provided you have even a low-level telepath on your team. Juggs is only as invulnerable as his teammates in that sense, since nearly every team has some TP (even little-used ones like Majestic and Surfer)
I'd be ok with him for that reason.
Also, battlefield removal with powers like teleportation and dimension-hopping is banned, but battlefield removal by normal means is ok. Even without a telepath, the popular "throw into the sun" technique is valid, provided you aren't using banned stuff to accomplish it (I could see most of the Superman-types being able to carry him there if the rest of his team was dealt with).

BFR doesn't work on Juggs, as he can walk back to the battlefield after putting up his shield, even if he were sent into space.
wtf? From outer space?!
I kinda need confirmation on this though, because not every team has a telepath, and if BFR doesn't work on him, I can't have an unkillable character. Depending on how the matches end up in round 1, it's possible Balir/newjak would face a team unable to defeat Juggs. ...that's not good.

Wouldn't it take Juggs so long to get back that it would count as a win?
Yeah. Kinda like what we used in the street tourney. Beating the f*ck out of Deadpool couted as a win, since it would take hima while to heal, it was aas good as a win.
...gah, so much to think about.

Here's an additional rule we can add in to deal with this:..... if a match becomes a stalemate, ie - neither team can convincingly take out all 3 of their opponents, then the team with the most characters left standing wins
Fair enough. Given that rule, and the fact that BFR and TP can = a win against Juggs, I think he should be fine to allow.
And Classic, not 8th Day/Trion. I said that a while ago, but I'm just confirming it.

along with making him fly, you DO know that shaman can protect juggs from tp, right . . .? possibly even if shaman is ko'd.
the juggs thing really may come back to bite you in the arse . . .

I realize that, but I stated earlier that if a team can argue a win over Shaman (he's hardly invincible) Juggs is effectively stripped of his protections. So he's really only as invulnerable as Shaman/GL in that sense.
