I am debating about 5 characters that don't exist with powers that aren't possible based off current rules of physics and you want logic?

Because we are discussing what SS could do, and he could do what I said based on his powers and his matter manipulation skills. Its just not as cool for comics, but on the comic board it works just fine.

Yup. Even using Sundipped Superman is tragic vs Surfer. The guy had to ability to effortlessly melt Imperiex energy reinforced Brainiac 13 tendrils. Melting SS skin and ripping through him shouldn't be a problem either.

Uh, Superman is becoming more and more resistant to it. He has a feat recently where he is standing knee-deep in kryptonite radiation without it even affecting him.
