True, but OTF has original thread ideas that go places, they may be social threads but they are still the biggest part of KMC.
The GDF Is needed, its a debate forum in which politics and such are discussed, I think we should just get rid of all the Vs forums, and make 1 forum for everything, that would make the most seance.

Though I would like to see some people branch out let them be. Some people just don't mingle well. Combine that with the fact that it'll become a sloppy mess with the number of thread posted each day and all the arguments and bans it'll lead to. It's easier the way it is.

Yeah, it would be a nightmare and a half. No mod would last a week without going insane.
And cross-media battles are usually a bad idea. Star Wars vs. Comics, for example, too often ends up a bitter shouting match because there's very little common ground for intelligent debate. Which is why we have the different vs. forums for different mediums. One vs. forum for everything would be horrible in this sense.
Like Tron said earlier, the vs. threads appeared anyway before we had forums for it. Take the forums away, and it would still happen. The only thing it would do is clutter KMC. At least this way, they all have their own place.

The OTF, if anything, has no place here on this forum. The Vs Forums have a point mostly, what's the OTF for? The OTF exists because some people just like a chat and to be frivolous with threads. If Raz wanted to free space he'd delete this forum first. KMC is a forum, not a chatroom, so there is no reason to accomodate people's need for one. This forum is a luxury for you, it doesn't have to exist.

When did I ever say I backed this? The post I made on the other threads? I said vote keep it 😐 Add a comment if it was in your desire to do so. However, I never stated that I thought this was a good idea, and I will not think that this was ever a smart idea in the first place. Obviously the VS forums were opened for a purpose. Many upon many of vs threads popped up before the VS forum was ever opened. So the mods decided to make a forum. Why, if there are a decent amount of posters (one of the biggest, and most looked at part of the forum) would we want to shut it down?? I mean I dont go looking into the movie/celebrity threads, doesnt mean I want to shut them down in any way shape or form.

i've only participated in a couple forums in my life and this sort of attitude never fails to shock me. if you don't like it . . . DON'T OPEN IT!!! it was through the vs forum that i BECAME aware of the kmc in the first place and the other good things it has to offer.
