Yea, it is very obvious that they want Supes to lose. There is a big difference between opinions though. People supporting Superman along ALL the different Thanos vs Superman threads have simply said that Supes can win. Thanos fans are living in a fantasy world where ONLY Thanos can win.
I've said more than once that either one can win. Superman can win, but so could Thanos. All I'm using is Post Crisis Superman. He's the most fair one.
