I dunno really. Surge alone can cause plenty of damage to the Sinister Six. Alone, she could take out Doc Ock, Kraven, Mysterio, and Vulture in the first second.
And then Prodigy could imitate either the powers of Sandman or Electro, which would greatly increase the New Mutants' odds.
Wallflower could make the SS piss their pants with fear.
And Wind Dancer is actually pretty useful, too. She could really mess them up with some powerful winds.
I dunno. I'm going with the New Mutants, but just barely. Like 6/10.
For all to be clear, here is a list of powers :
The New Mutants II :
* Prodigy , the team's co-leader, who can utilize the skills and knowledge (but not powers) of those near him.
* Wind Dancer , the other co-leader, who can create winds, fly via said winds, and eavesdrop over distances by conducting air vibrations.
* Wallflower , a shy girl, who generates pheromones that usually cause people near her to match her moods, although she is learning to control this.
* Elixir , who can heal himself and others.
* Surge , who absorbs electricity which she can release as blasts, or use for super-speed, but requires mechanical gauntlets to prevent overcharge.
* Icarus, who flies on red, angel-like wings, heals rapidly, and possesses a very beautiful singing voice.
The Sinister Six :
* Vulture can lift up to 700 pounds and has a very good armour. He can also fly up to 95 miles an hour. He is also extremely good at electronics and programming.
* Doctor Octopus has adamantium arms who can't be destroyed and are very powerful, and he is very smart as well.
* Electro can absorb electricity and fire it at enemies at will. He can also charge himself.
* Kraven has agility, reflexes, stamina, and endurance that are enhanced plus he is superstrong and superfast.
* Sandman can gather sand to make any shape and bash it to his enemies.
* Mysterio is the smartest foe and well gifted with electronics and holografic designs. He also has developed some very strong robots and is a master of illusion. He can also fight, but has no superhuman strenght.

He can also fight. And healing the others is a great gift, making them unbeatable if he keeps heeling them and the others can protect them.
Against these foes, he has a choice of fighting or healing. Since the SS will be slaughtering them, he will focus on healing. However he has his limits as displayed in Astonishing X-Men AND Doctor Octopus being the evil genius he is will focus the team on Exilir since he's the backbone of the team.

Dock Ock VS Wallflower - She can manipulate his feelings, thus disabling his control over his mechanical arms and taking him out.
Sandman VS Icarus : For now, Icarus can only keep Sandman bizzy.

Here's a better scenario: Sandman creates a 150 feet tall tidal wave of sand and drowns the muties.
Or Sandman (with the unexpected aid of Wallflower) turns into sandstorm therefore blinding, suffocating and tearing apart the muties limb from limb.
Electro is FAR better than Surge at electricity manipulation. He has far more experience and he's far more powerful. HE sucks HER electricity and b*tchslaps her. Than he proceeds to fry the other brats.
Doctor Ock slams his 80 mph per sec mechanical arms through who ever crosses him.
So many painful death scenarios for the muties.... 🤣

You are forgetting that the tentacles of Ockie are controlled by his mind and feelings, so if Wallflower manipulates his feelings so that he hates the sinister six and attacks them, what will you do then ?
The tectacles are independent if Doc Ock is KOed or Doc Ock is manipulated beyond mission parameters.
And the mission parameters today is kill the muties.
Doc Ock also carries many gadgets for protection against various obstacles. He DOES run into telepaths every now and then....
Wallflower won't make a difference. She'll get fried, suffocated or have her head lopped off by near speed of sound tectancle before she can even react....
