OK , when Spidey started off (right at the beginning of his series , no upgrades) HE COULD LIFT TEN TONS.
Currently he can lift around 25 ton's. Kraven never has , and never will be stronger then Spidey . Now will you shut up and stop screaming that we're wrong.
that is with the elixer, and kravens a 3 strength. spides can lift 10 tons, s hes the top 4 strength. and its all about the electro and sandman.
if electro was written good, hed be a planetary threat, the guy has complete control over all electricitie in the vicinity.
and i dont see any water people for sandman.
and with prep ock, will be the main man, even w/o it, he is in spides range of strength.
seriosly, you write thoses 3 good, and there pretty powerful(especialy the first 2, electro and sandman)

Not a planetary threat , but definitely a city...maybe even a small country sized threat.
But yeah Electro is the shiznitz , he can Magnetise objects , charge an area , give himself class five strength plus all of his usual powers. The man just doesn't get any respect....probably the Hokey puck that ended it all for him.
