No he wasn't. Thor was going toe to toe with Voided out Sentry until he grabbed him in that tentacle in the end and Thor was surprised/shocked even then.

When the Void fully manifested, Thor was still able to contain and possibly hurt the Void with his attacks. To be fair the Void did have all of the heroes on the ropes with his initial attack although they did not have a chance to defend themselves outside a few as I recall.

Heh, if that's the case, it makes Thor's showing in Siege a fair bit more impressive.

And the Sentry/Void camp can't keep bitching that the hammer throw that hurt the Void was amped using the Norn Stones.

he only hurt him with the norn stone and even then it seemed to only annoy void...he was screwed right from the start if it wasnt for loki...it was obvious thor was nothing to void...and its not like void was only going for thor....he was attacking everybody...the only time he went after one single person was loki, and we see what happened there...even when he had all the stones....and loki with norn stones is greater then thor here

Thors best didn't come to the end of the fight when Thor cut loss. How can you compare the hammer blows and lighting blast from a "weakened" Thor gave Void To the last few blast at the end of the fight.

biggest thor wanker ever...its amazing...you even agreed with me when we argued about this in the thor vs void/sentry thread....void say ooo magic stone cant be having this and proceeds to oneshot loki...he was pissed the attacks affected him that is all...but they didnt really hurt him so badly just annoyed him(its like a bug bite) they sure as hell did put him on his knees or anything like your making it sound...and you show scans of thor breaking sentrys shell???? sentry jsut tanks everything thor throws at him, and doesnt even make any indication of being in pain at all...i love how u make up what happens it kinda funny and sad at the same time....thor is asked to teleport void and you cant figure out if he attacked him or teleported him...wow is all i can say to that

thor didnt try hard at the end...void allowed his death...thor said multiple times he was giving it it best...he wouldnt have need an amp if he was holding back till the end....and ur telling me he wasnt trying even after void took out asgard...come on now

and u dont wanna believe bob will himself to die because......? bendis even cleared it up in an interview what else do u wnat? it also showed thor ready to strike void again...but is then surprise that it is only a skeleton of bob that is left...this kinda shows that bob let himself stay down for good

how in gods name did he move void from in the air to the field with a blast thats kind of crazy if u ask me...and either way it didnt do anymore damage then any other blast...it just moved him

Um there is no disagreement here. I'm just saying that there was still some Bob in there, if he has enough control to speak through the Void its defintely possible that he could have weakened the Void enough for Thor to finish him off.

He wasn't containing shit. The Void was fighting Thor and the other heroes, unless you want Thor to take all the credit. Yeah Thor was doing such a good job at containing the void he couldn't stop him from killing Loki.
