Despero seems to have jobbed against MM. One minute he's thrashing the entire JLA as well as hold up the Rock Of Eternity, the next minute he jobs to one of DC's greatest jobbers, MM, then gets hurt by a bunch of Aquaman's sharks... Another quaint little contradictory by DC writers...
Good old Martian Vision... Another energy signature for Quasar to track. Thanks for placing targets on all 3 of your characters. It'll make Quasar's job of obliterating all 3 of your characters much easier. 😄
I can't speak for Ronan, but I can speak about Hyperion and Quasar. Hyperion is an Eternal. Quasar is immune to mental domination. Plus Quasar could distinguish illusion from the real thing due to his energy tracking powers via the Quantum Bands. Hyperion has the standard set of Superman like powers. He could use his X-ray Vision and Telescopic Vision to see through MM's illusions if they even actually effect Hyperion.

plus you also forget that Orion and Gladiator are there so and about the confidence thing MM would easily be able to manipulate Glads mind in order to prevent any loss in confidence. or make it seem like the Shiar empire was in danger and give him great motivation to go all out.
Oh, if MM did get hit by Flash Vision and he turned into pus right in front of Hyperion's eyes, he'll probably blast him again for good measure. Or he could be encased into one of Quasar's bubbles and chucked into the sun. It's your choice, pick how your characters wanna end.
Ahhhh... Glads and his wonderful confidence... He's gonna need it if he'll be fighting Hyperion. Glads battled a tamer version of my Hyperion. He also battled him without the Quantum Armor and the Quantum weapons my Hyperion has for this fight. Gladiator will be cut to pieces by Hyperion. MM will follow Gladiator's fate shortly thereafter. Because when Hyperion gets done with Glads, he'll be coming after the first opponent he sees.
