you said "God has never failed to answer anyone's sincere, faith-filled prayer in due time" which is a statement about the physical world. For God to grant a prayer, he has to interact with the world in some way, therefore it can be measured.

Alright, what are the limits on the prayers that God can grant?

EDIT: as to how, I'm just going to ask you to pray for something to happen that I can observe. If "God has never failed to answer anyone's sincere, faith-filled prayer in due time" then it should happen. I'll let you define what a reasonable prayer might be and what due time is

Why are you asking him about Gods limitations? Thats like me asking Shakyamunison what the limitations of Vincent_Valentine (Big OTF member) are.

JIA doesnt know God, certainly not the God of the Bible.

God is not a cosmic bellhop. But God does answer prayer in the appointed time.

So, you are declining the challenge?

What do you base your assertion that I don't know God on?

Your own, since you are human you can not understand God.

Don't challenge him, challenge God!

Well lacking is that because of this started me with the disbelief in God, and I don’t know how much more sincere you can get when you are ready to take your life because you have no love of yourself. When was he planning on answering it, after I died and committed a sin against God?

Tell you what when you are serious about receiving Christ then your prayer will be heard. You seem to be playing games.

I wanted to say that for a long time but I didn't know how to spell Pharisee. 😮 😆

How am I playing games, I told you exactly what happened in my life and you think I’m lying? I opened my heart and soul and prayed and what did it do for me? If you don’t believe me then **** off!!!

Ahah, he strikes me as the sort of person who thinks there is a seat in Heaven with an irremovable "reserved for JIA" sticker on it.

Your writings, your posts, your torrent of self-opinionated bile.

no, the god who answers all faithful prayers is a bellhop

you now are posing two contradictory statements:

1) "God has never failed to answer anyone's sincere, faith-filled prayer in due time"

2) "God is not a cosmic bellhop"

either he will answer or he will not

I will also note how convenient it is that when nobody was challenging you God never fails, but once the challenge is posed, he is not willing to do anything.

Oh.

Did you know that the apostle Paul was a Pharisee until he met Jesus on the road to Damascus to kill Christians?

well, I wasn't going to say something stupid like "make me levitate through prayer" which theoretically should be possible.

I wanted to know what he thought it was reasonable to expect from God once you ask him.

I just want to have JIA to pray for god to convert PITT_HAPPENS. If PITT_HAPPENS comes back in a week and is now a Christian, I will have to say that JIA may have a point.

Your challenge is misplaced, besides God is not to be tempted.

God sees me seated together in Heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

Well to expect something from God maybe you have to stop bad mouthing him because he never helped you at some point, maybe he did what was best for you. Like a parent might do with a child.

Was, he changed...you ARE a Pharisee.
